DESCRIPTION

Casale Belvedere is a typical Umbrian Ruin, that thanks to its strategic position, lets us enjoy the most beautiful views, where the main focus iscertainly the Lake Trasimeno. The Location and its peace offers the possibility to bring the place back to life and make it really magical.

Built on the first years of 1900 and having a surface of 321 sqm, the building is accompanied by a second building that is 35 sqm. It also offers the possibility of making an extension of an additional 100 sqm.

In front of the main building there is a masonry tank, that can be turned into a big private pool, that was used in the past to collect rainwater, it has a full view on the Lake Trasimeno and where you can clearly see one of the three islands of the lake: the Polvese island.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

The Property is really close to the town of San Feliciano , that is caracterized till this day by the presence of Fishermen that every morning sail with their boats to fulfill their Fishing activity. The town's name is taken from the Bishop “San Feliciano” of Foligno, that went to the Lake Trasimeno to preach to the fishermen. After his martyrdom, he was tortured and scourged, the citizens decided to name the lakeside town after him.
