The project is characterised by a main building structured on three levels. The ground floor has a kitchen and a large living area comprising of several rooms divided by arches, with sofas and TV sets perfect to relax and enjoy private moments; a large traditional fireplace characterises the living room. There is also a gym, a cellar, and two bathrooms. The first floor includes four bedrooms, all of which with views of the lake, and four bathrooms. On the second floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and a covered panoramic terrace to fully experience the view.
In the annex there is a ground floor with living room, kitchen, and bathroom; a bedroom is on the first floor.
On the outside we can find the pool located on a cantilever, stretching towards the horizon.

Historical notes about Passignano
Passignano is a small village that lies on the placid shores of Lake Trasimeno, reflecting in its gentle waters. The ancient heart of Passignano is surrounded by medieval walls with three gateways and many towers, with Torre di Ponente still dominating the town. These buildings are testimony of the transformation of Passignano from a small rural village during the Roman Empire to a castle and fortress during the Middle Ages.
The residential area developed between the 1500s and the 1600s. Passignano’s history spans two thousand years before it became part of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany in 1643; it then shared the fate of that region until it was incorporated into the Kingdom of Italy in 1860.
Passignano is an ideal destination for tourists who want to discover the history, traditions, and excellent food prepared with typical local products as well as enjoy events that bring back a glimpse of the lakeside town’s past.
What to visit in Passignano sul Trasimeno
Entering the historical centre one can visit the Church of San Rocco which dates back to the 1500s. Higher up one can find the Church of San Bernardino while the Rocca of Langobardic origin stands at the top of the town. Here one can visit the Boat Museum where typical Italian vessels for inland waters are displayed. Other interesting sights are the Church of San Cristoforo - which dates back to the 9th century - and the Church of Madonna dell’Oliveto, built in the 16th century.
The islands and the lake
Passignano’s dock is the departure point of many ferries connecting the shore to the natural islands of Polvese and Maggiore.
Along the lake there are bar, restaurants, equipped lidos, beaches and water sports centres.
