Porta Perugina is the entrance to Piazza Umberto I where one can find a fountain in travertine which dates back to 1473. Higher up one encounters the Collegiate Church of San Michele Arcangelo, which contains a small museum with works by Caporali and Masolino da Panicale.
Next, one comes across the Palazzo del Podestà which was built in the 12th century and is the highest point in Panicale.
Descending along via Sellari one reaches via Cesare Caporali and the municipal theatre of the same name. Reaching Porta Fiorentina, one enters Piazza Regina Margherita and finds the deconsecrated church of Sant’Agostino, which is now home to the Museum of Tulle.
Finally, there is the Church of San Sebastiano, dated between the 14th and 15th century, featuring frescos by Pietro Perugino.
